I can usually handle about 125 people by myself. I've done 200, but that is really stretching it. I probably know about 100 cocktails, but if there is something I don't know, I'll go and search the recipe out. I come with all my own equipment, including blenders if needed. I do also have a tiki bar that I purchased last year, that is available for rent on request.

Available for $75.00 for a day. That's me behind the bar, just in case you're wondering.

If you require more than 1 bartender, I have lots of qualified people who are more than capable of assisting me. My rate is $20.00 per hour per bartender. There is a minimum of 4 hours. I can also be able to assist you in ordering. I found that most people have a tendancy to order too much. It can make for extra work at the end of a busy night, trying to figure out who is going to take it back. I'm also a member of a u-brew, just in case anyone is interested in making there own beer.

I get asked what I like, or suggest for favourites. Some of my favourites are Cosmos, Mai Tais, Blue Hawai”s, Paralyzers, and just plain beer!

One thing that I've noticed at many wedding receptions is that at the end of the night there quite often seems to be a shortage of vehicles, to bring things back. If I could offer one piece of advice, that would be to have someone designated before the reception to take things back with them. I think that would solve alot of problems.
